Details

Our elevator pit wastewater management system, the EleVaderⓇ operates on standard 120V power and includes a NEMA 4x intrinsic-safe control panel that is usable in both indoor and outdoor space. The user-friendly control panel includes a ‘Power On’ indicator, silence button for muting alarms during events, and a test button for system verification. The panel provides audio and visual alerts for separator ‘High Oil’ level and hoistway pit “High Level,” enhancing safety and enabling prompt responses.

This complete system includes control panels, sensors, junction boxes, and mounting brackets. ASME A17.1 code compliance guarantees reliability and adherence to elevator pit wastewater management standards for advanced pump controls with hands-off automatic operation.

Connectivity is seamless, with the system integrating into the Internet of Things and Building Automation Systems. This enables timely alerts and proactive maintenance through text, email, and phone call notifications, enhancing efficiency and convenience.

How It Works

The ParkUSA elevator sump management system efficiently manages elevator pit wastewater. At the heart of the system is the control panel that provides audio and visual alerts for separator high oil level and hoistway sump pit high level, ensuring that excessive fluid levels are promptly addressed. The control system and pumps are designed to accommodate a range of electrical specifications including 120, 208, 230, 277, and 460 Volts. It supports both single phase and three phase configurations, ensuring broad compatibility and adaptability.

The float sensor is equipped with an interface float that accurately detects the presence of hydrocarbons. It distinguishes between water and oil, promptly identifying oil accumulation. A multilevel float sensor with stainless-steel mounting hardware in the hoistway sump controls the sump pump and ensures that the system maintains optimal fluid levels and prevents pit overflow.

Thes system is ASME A17.1 compliant and meets industry standards for elevator pit wastewater management.
