Monitor System Status and Automate Equipment Functions for Increased Efficiency

Increase Efficiency

Using a system to automatically control operations can help optimize equipment performance, save energy, and reduce costs.

Reduce Downtime

Automated systems can detect potential leaks or maintenance issues and send an SMS to building operations which can reduce downtime and costs.

Continual Operations

Systems monitor operations and can help teams plan usage to suit project goals.

Remote Monitoring

Remote monitoring is especially beneficial for remote or difficult to access equipment.

Top OEM Components

OEM top name components including NENA panels.

Enhanced Safety

control panels can help to enhance safety by monitoring equipment status and omitting alarms if any problems are detected, which can help prevent accidents and injuries.

Details

Many of our products come with incorporated system status monitors to ensure safe operation of our products. These monitors assess multiple functionality components in our products ranging from simple operation status to signal out of normal operations or potential equipment failure.

At the heart of many of our control systems is the NEMA 4x control panel that can be wall-mounted near our equipment indoors or out. The control panel offers visual indicators that show power status, indicating if the system is operational, a silence button for controlled alarm response during events, and a test button for streamlined routine system testing and verification.

Automation can help to reduce wear and tear on equipment and extend their lifespan. In addition, control panels can help comply with various regulations related to environmental protection and public health.

How It Works

Control panels automate equipment operations, which can help to improve reliability and efficiency. By automatically turning equipment on and off as needed, control panels can also help to reduce wear and tear on equipment.

Our status control system uses Input devices, or sensors, to monitor operations. Common input devices include liquid level sensors, pressure sensors, and flow sensors. A controller can analyze data from the input devices and determine the status of operations and using pre-programmed parameters, determine if any changes should be made in operations. From there, output devices, or actuators that control operation functions to help optimize performance.

The NEMA enclosure itself offers a superior level of protection from corrosion and extreme weather. It is an environmentally rated electrical enclosure that provides protection against dust, rain, and hose-directed water.

About the NEMA 4X Control Panel

NEMA 4X control panel with a remote Nurse Station Module for 24/7 system status monitoring. It has visual and audible alarms, strobes, valve position switch and indicators, a silence button, an ultrasonic level transducer, and level and leak detection sensors.

Applications

Municipal Water Systems

These systems monitor overall operations of water infrastructure products.

Industrial and Commercial Buildings

Systems can monitor water usage in large buildings such as hotels, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities. This can help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Water Distribution Systems

Utilities can manage their water distribution networks more effectively, improve the accuracy of billing and monitoring, and reduce water losses.

Environmental Monitoring

System status reporting can help monitor water quality and other environmental factors in lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water.

Agriculture

System status alerts can help farmers and agricultural businesses monitor irrigation and water use, which can help conserve water resources and reduce costs.

Energy Production

Monitor and manage water usage in power plants, which can help reduce water waste and improve efficiency.
