ParkUSA offers chemical handling systems to reduce potential pollutants like fuel, oil, and grease being transported into stormwater sewers or public water bodies. These systems include fuel tank systems, acid neutralization tanks, wastewater holding systems, and decontamination holding systems.

An expansion at a Blue Bell Creamery called for many elevators and a specialized pallet rack system. To service these freight elevators as well as passenger elevators, a new elevator sump system was installed.
