Integrally cast liner protects concrete from the highly caustic H2S gases that accelerate Microbiologically Induced Corrosion (MIC) in sanitary sewer environments.
Corrosion and abrasion resistant interior after decades of use means long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance or operations costs.
The protective liner shields concrete from the corrosive elements typically found in sanitary sewers, enabling the precast structure to last its full design life of 100+ years.
Rubber gasketed joints provide a leak-tight connection between manhole components with no field welding required.
Smooth interior surface allows for maximum hydraulics and prevents interior build-up.
The Perfect Lined Manhole provides the best life-cycle value compared to protective field-applied coatings or polymer concrete.
The Perfect Lined Manhole is a fully lined, reinforced precast concrete system designed to meet ASTM C478 standards. Its integrally cast synthetic polymer liner protects against Microbial Induced Corrosion (MIC), ensuring long-term performance in municipal and industrial wastewater applications. With superior corrosion resistance, this system features a 100+ year design life.
Engineered for reliability, the monolithic manhole base—including the wall, channel, berm, and pipe connections—is completely leak-proof. Smooth transitions in angle and slope of all channels and pipe connections optimize flow, preventing deposit buildup and ensuring efficient wastewater conveyance. Custom invert channels accommodate pipes of any size or configuration, offering maximum flexibility for your unique project needs.
Setting a new quality standard in surface drainage and wastewater infrastructure, the Perfect Lined Manhole System is available in standard sizes from 48” to 96” with weld-free joints, and up to 120” in diameter with welded joints. Manufactured at our NPCA-certified Geneva Pipe and Precast facility in Utah, this innovative system is now available for projects in Texas.
The Perfect Lined Manhole system consists of an FRP-lined base and a combination of lined risers, cones or flat lids, and chimney protection systems. Each manhole section can be cast up to 8 feet tall, reducing the number of components required for a complete structure. Fewer sections mean fewer joints, which helps minimize the risk of leaks and corrosion.
The joints between manhole sections are equipped with rubber gaskets, which require no field welding and provide a watertight seal between sections. The Perfect Lined Manhole has been tested to withstand up to 13 psi hydrostatic pressure.
After installation, the Perfect Lined Manhole is easy to maintain and provides a high load-bearing capacity under static and dynamic loads.
When Life Cycle Cost Analysis is being considered by the agency in the purchasing decision, the Perfect Lined Manhole provides the best value amongst all manhole products.
Lined manholes provide exceptional performance and value in any wastewater conveyance system where corrosion is a concern.
The reinforced concrete and synthetic polymer composite design allows for the Perfect Lined Manhole to resist chemical attack. The perfectly sloped and curved channel shapes paired with the smooth surface of the FRP liner improves hydraulic flow, reduces turbulence, and provides protection against corrosion.
In parts of sewer systems where sewage is aerated or grinded, H2S gas is released, accelerating microbiologically induced corrosion. The Perfect Lined Manhole is ideal for junctions near force mains, drop bowels, lift stations, and macerators.
The reinforced concrete structure of the Perfect Lined Manhole allows the product to resist higher loading conditions than all other manhole
materials. The maximum depth for a precast concrete circular manhole manufactured in accordance with ASTM C478 is more than 500 feet below grade.
In cases where a sewer pipe must be installed below the groundwater table, The Perfect Lined Manhole is the solution to provide watertight pipe to manhole
connection. Rubber gasketed joints of the manhole prevent ground water infiltration and inflow.
